How did your professional journey begin, and what have been the defining challenges along the way?
My passion for fashion began at an early age. I was always fascinated by the way brands create emotional connections and how a simple idea can evolve into a compelling story with the power to inspire people. I studied Marketing and built my early career in the digital space, focusing on social media, brand strategy, and communication.
One of the most transformative moments in my life was moving from Uruguay to Mexico City. It was both exciting and challenging—a leap into a new culture, a new professional environment, and a completely new chapter. That experience taught me resilience, independence, and the importance of trusting my instincts even in moments of uncertainty.
Today, I am expanding my education in Fashion Communication and Production in Madrid, bringing together two worlds that have always inspired me: strategic thinking and creative expression.
Who is Agustina beyond the camera and social media?
I’m naturally curious and deeply observant. I love learning, traveling, discovering different cultures, and surrounding myself with people who challenge and inspire me to grow.
While social media often captures the most glamorous moments, my day-to-day life is rooted in discipline, hard work, and personal development. I enjoy setting ambitious goals and working consistently toward them.
Above all, I believe my greatest strength is my ability to reinvent myself. Growth has always been a central part of my journey, but never at the expense of authenticity.
How would you describe your personal style, and what inspires it?
My style is a balance between timeless elegance and contemporary sophistication. I’m drawn to clean silhouettes, refined tailoring, and pieces that feel effortlessly chic.
I’m particularly inspired by women who embody confidence, grace, and authenticity. Cities such as Madrid, Paris, and Milan also influence me greatly—their relationship with fashion feels organic, cultural, and deeply inspiring.
Rather than chasing trends, I prefer to build a visual identity that evolves naturally with each stage of my life.
What does empowerment mean to you?
To me, empowerment begins with independence and self-belief. It’s about having the confidence to make your own decisions and creating a life that reflects your values and ambitions.
A truly empowered woman is not defined by doing everything alone, but by knowing who she is, understanding what she wants, and having the courage to pursue it unapologetically.
My message to other women is simple: don’t wait until you feel completely ready. More often than not, confidence is built in the process of taking the leap.
